A lifetime structural tank warranty on every whole-house system, a 10-year control valve, and media coverage from 10 to 15 years. Coverage is stated by system below.

Whole-house systems

Evince True	Lifetime	10 years, parts only	2 years standard. Up to 15 years when at least 1.5 ft³ of carbon pretreatment is installed before True. True is the only system eligible for this extension.

Catalytic carbon media is certified for 97% chlorine reduction up to 1,100,000 gallons when installed at a minimum of 1.5 ft³. Coverage includes one replacement media package. Freight and handling are not included.

What is required

Operating limits.

Whole-house systems

Operating pressure 30 to 80 PSI. Pressure above 80 PSI at any time voids coverage.
Water temperature 40°F to 100°F.
Influent chlorine 1.0 ppm or less.
Private well systems need an approved water analysis before installation.

Installation

Install it right.

Install to Evince instructions and applicable plumbing codes.
Licensed installer required.
Only Evince-approved components and media.
Outdoor installations need an Evince-approved valve cover.
Coverage applies to the original homeowner at the original location, and does not transfer.

Drinking water systems

X 800 and Pure-50.

Two-year limited warranty on drinking water system components. Parts only, labor and service not included.

Pure-50 operating limits

Pressure 50 to 80 PSI. Temperature 40°F to 100°F.
Total dissolved solids under 1,000 ppm. Hardness up to 120 ppm (7 gpg).
pH 3 to 11. Iron up to 0.3 ppm.

X 800 operating limits

Maximum operating pressure 58 PSI.
Above 60 PSI requires an inline pressure-regulating valve (55 or 65 PSI recommended).
Failure to regulate pressure may void coverage.

Not covered

What is not included.

Labor, service calls, diagnostics, travel, freight or handling.
Wear items such as seals, spacers, pistons, o-rings, gaskets and injectors. On drinking water systems: filters, membranes and cartridges.
Damage from misuse, neglect, freezing, flooding, fire or acts of nature.
Improper installation or unauthorized modification.
Water conditions or operating limits outside those published above.
Systems bought from unauthorized sellers.

Potable water only. Not for use with microbiologically unsafe or unknown water without proper disinfection.

Warranty service

How a claim works.

Contact Evince before returning any parts.
A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) is required.
Parts are returned freight prepaid.
Eligibility is determined after inspection.
